Accommodation Terms
Guest rooms must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
The by-laws, rules and regulations of Albany Motel & Apartments, and any reasonable direction of Management, must be complied with.
Parties or functions are not permitted anywhere within the grounds or in any guest room.
Each person signing a registration card ("the Guest") acknowledges these conditions apply to, and extend to, any person occupying or visiting Albany Motel & Apartments, or using its facilities, at the invitation or with the authority of the Guest.
Occupancy begins and ends on the dates shown on the booking confirmation.
Check-in is 2:00pm and check-out is 10:00am for direct bookings only.
Only the number of guests shown on the booking confirmation may stay in the room overnight.
No personal bedding or additional beds are permitted.
Additional guests are subject to Management approval and will incur additional charges. They may not sleep on the floor or furniture.
Management may inspect the room at any time with reasonable notice, or without notice where Management deems it necessary.
Upon the end or termination of occupancy, the Guest must vacate the property immediately.
Guests who fail to comply with these terms after receiving a warning must vacate the room.
Management is authorised to take any action required to enforce eviction and remove a Guest's belongings.
The Guest authorises Management to charge their credit card for any loss, damage, or other amount for which they are liable under these terms.
Additional cleaning on departure may incur a charge.
We make every effort to accommodate specific requests, but this is not guaranteed.
There is no refund for early departure.
No animals or pets are permitted on the grounds.
Rate Plan Policies
Flexible Rate
Free cancellation up to 2 days prior to arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night's accommodation.
Non-Refundable Rate
Cannot be changed or cancelled. Full payment is required at time of booking.
Multiple Night Stay Rate
Free cancellation up to 2 days prior to arrival. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night's accommodation.

Payments & Charges
Payment is accepted by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card. The Guest is liable for any charges incurred during their stay, including replacement costs or extra cleaning for damage or loss to the room and its contents. See Rate Plan Policies for payment timing.
Smoking
All guest rooms and interior spaces are strictly non-smoking, including balconies. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Breach of this policy incurs a $400 cleaning surcharge.
Parking
Free onsite parking is available in designated areas only.
Limitations
Management and the property owner are not liable for any damage or loss of property a Guest may sustain while staying at Albany Motel & Apartments, and are not responsible for any misdescription of business information or online content.
